ASK Chemicals to Host Non-deal Investor Meetings on the 12th of September in London

Hilden, September 2, 2024:ASK Chemicals, rated B3 (Moody’s), a leading global supplier of specialty chemicals and consumables to diversified end markets, has asked Goldman Sachs to arrange a series of non-deal investor meetings in London on the 12th of September 2024 to introduce prospective investors to its business & credit profile and provide an update on its latest operational & financial performance.

ASK Chemicals is continually evaluating financing alternatives, including in the leveraged loan or high-yield markets, in order to refinance its upcoming maturities, and is monitoring market conditions in accordance with its financial strategy.

ASK Chemicals will be represented by Luiz Totti, Chief Executive Officer, and Marie-Anne Dessaignes, Head of Global Finance.
