The ASK Chemicals Crisis Management Team is constantly monitoring and reacting to the current situation with COVID-19. As a globally active company, we monitor developments in various regions and take necessary actions. The health and wellness of our employees and business partners is our highest priority. Rest assured we are taking every precaution throughout our global supply chain to ensure this. 

Overview of key initiatives:

• ASK Chemicals continues to deliver upon the initiatives outlined within our first update. Please read our update from 20.03.2020 here.
• Our sales force, product management, technical service and customer service teams will continue to support our customers by telephone, video conferencing, and even in-person under special circumstances.
• Manufacturing facilities remain open, but adapted to the current demand and in accordance with local regulations.
• Purchasing, Procurement, and Supply Chain Departments continue to monitor the availability of raw materials and warehouse stock levels.   

Within the scope of the current restrictions, we are seeking to implement all measures necessary to meet our delivery obligations. We would like to stress at this point the importance of receiving your orders timely to ease production planning and on-time delivery.
